I'm Sayena

In my approach to therapy, I prioritize creating a space that feels safe, empathetic, and collaborative.

I believe that every individual's journey is unique and deserves to be met with understanding and respect. As a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario,

I draw from a range of evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and attachment theory.

My practice also includes specialized interventions such as CBT for psychosis and written exposure therapy for trauma, allowing me to address a wide range of complex mental health needs. Over the past decade, I've had the privilege of working in various community agencies, where I've gained extensive experience in assessments, therapy, and supporting individuals with diverse concerns.

What keeps me going in this field is seeing the remarkable resilience and healing potential in every person I meet. It strengthens my belief in the power and capacity within each individual's journey. I'm here to provide caring support as you seek to find balance and meaning in your life.
