Sephra Hodges
Registered Social Worker (RSW)
Master of Social Work
Sephra works with adolescents, adults, families, and couples navigating some of life's difficult moments — including anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, chronic illness, relationship challenges, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, and questions of identity and personal growth.
Alongside her clinical training, Sephra has hands-on experience with Ontario Health, where she supported individuals and families navigating complex mental health concerns.
Her approach blends four evidence-based methods — ACT, DBT, CBT, and Mindfulness — adapted to what each person actually needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all model. Sephra's goal is to help clients understand the patterns behind their distress and build real, lasting tools — coping strategies, emotional insight, self-compassion, and healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
