She adapts her approach to meet each client’s unique needs and supports them in exploring their concerns through a strength-based perspective. She specializes in Polyvagal-informed therapy, a body-and-mind approach that draws on Polyvagal Theory to help clients better understand and regulate their nervous system, supporting greater emotional and physiological well-being. Additionally, she applies a trauma-informed lens to her work and holds a deep awareness of the impact trauma can have on mental health.
