Priya Singh

Registered Psychotherapist (RPQualifying)

Master’s in Counselling Psychology

Priya supports clients ages 12 and up as they navigate life changes, everyday stress, anxiety, relationships, school, identity, and the many pressures that can come with growing up and adulthood.

With experience in private practice, drop-in counselling, therapeutic support, group facilitation, and classroom-based mental health and healthy relationship education, Priya brings a warm, compassionate, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach to therapy. Her work with organizations such as 360°kids and the John Howard Society has given her experience supporting clients from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of life experiences.

Priya also believes that therapy can be helpful even when there is no single crisis or problem to solve. For some clients, therapy is simply a place to pause, talk openly, and better understand what they’re going through.

Using a collaborative and strengths-based approach, Priya helps clients build confidence and coping skills, navigate relationships and life changes, and develop healthier ways of communicating and setting boundaries. Together, they work toward practical strategies and meaningful changes that can help clients feel more confident and better equipped to manage life’s challenges.
