Working from a person-centered and integrative approach to therapy, Cara strives to incorporate and draw on techniques from various modalities such as evidence-based modalities including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), dialectical-behavioural therapy (DBT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), strength-based, and mindfulness-based interventions. Cara works collaboratively with clients to develop meaningful treatment plans and support sustainable and positive change.
