Greg brings a decade of experience as a psychotherapist in the public health sector, supporting individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. 

His approach integrates  CBT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy to help clients develop personalized coping strategies, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change.

Greg has completed advanced specialized training in CBT, with areas of focus including Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Chronic Disease Management. He is currently pursuing additional specialized training in ADHD to continue expanding his clinical expertise. 

In addition to individual therapy, Greg has extensive experience designing and facilitating therapeutic group programs. He also completed occupational therapy training through CAMH and gained experience working with diverse client populations, contributing to a broader understanding of mental health across different stages of life.

Greg values balancing evidence-based structure with emotional validation, creating a collaborative and supportive therapeutic environment where clients can build insight, resilience, and lasting growth.
