I'm Sloane

I provide gentle and compassionate individual counselling and psychotherapy services. I enjoy working with diverse clients, supporting individuals of all ages and cultural backgrounds dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, life transitions, and grief.

My academic background includes a Master of Psychology degree and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario. I approach therapy with an integrative methodology, customizing interventions to suit each client's specific needs. Drawing from person-centered and trauma-informed perspectives, I incorporate evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT into my practice.

In our sessions, I create a welcoming environment where clients can explore their concerns and work towards positive change. I focus on strengthening coping skills, promoting mindfulness, nurturing self-compassion, and helping clients gain insight into their experiences. My goal is to support clients in navigating life's challenges and fostering personal growth and healing.
