I'm Shanuja
I work collaboratively with individuals to help them navigate their unique challenges and experiences. Using a sensitive and integrative approach, I meet clients where they are and customize therapy to their specific needs. I support individuals addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, low self-esteem, and interpersonal issues.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In my practice, I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel supported in exploring their mental health concerns. Together, we can identify patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, develop healthier coping strategies, and foster personal growth.
