I'm Shanuja
I work collaboratively with individuals to help them navigate their unique challenges and experiences. Using a culturally sensitive and integrative approach, I tailor my support to each person’s specific needs. I assist clients dealing with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, low self-esteem, and interpersonal difficulties.

My specialties include helping individuals navigate self-esteem challenges, social anxiety, identity struggles, and interpersonal conflicts, including breakups and family pressures. I provide practical tools to build confidence, improve communication, and foster meaningful connections. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel understood while gaining the skills to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
