With nearly a decade of experience, I've noticed that many people struggle with rigid thinking patterns and often underestimate their own value. It's easy to become familiar with negative thoughts, which can lead to feelings of anxiety, depression, and self-doubt. I specialize in blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with a focus on self-compassion. This gentle approach helps nurture self-efficacy and flexible thinking, allowing clients to navigate their personal challenges with greater understanding and grace. My aim is to support individuals in discovering and embracing their worth, respecting their boundaries, and exploring their potential.
I work with individuals, including adolescents, couples, and families, to support them during difficult times. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I hold a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
